1. An ambient duo comprised of mdo, of Kansas City, & J, (fka ju ca) of Melbourne, Australia.
(Band name stylized as picnic)

2. The shoegaze group from Estonia.
Picnic was formed in 2006 by Rivo Jarvsoo, Andres Soosaar, Annika aka Okeiko, and Marju Taukar. Annika left shortly and the band is now a trio.
