Dancing Strangers/ Parsel / El Ojo y la Navaja CDMX Ciudad de Mexico

Dancing Strangers is a post punk electronic duo from the border cities of Tijuana/San Diego. Starting in late 2009 Richard Rex and Eric Curiel formed Dancing Strangers as a side project to capture their teenage nostalgia for their post punk new wave influences. Throughout their years they have recorded 3 EPs and a full length album under the labels PRIMA CRUSH, STRANGE ARTS LABEL, RED MAZE, and BIZARIO TRAX, recently releasing a new EP CRIME. The band has worked with Wito Lavolt (FORD PROCO), Gabriel Duprat (IBI EGO) and The Obsolete (LORELLE MEETS THE OBSOLETE). Dancing Strangers have opened for acts such as PETER HOOK AND THE LIGHT, CHROME, THIEVES LIKE US, MOVING UNITS, INDIAN JEWELRY and others.
