Los fundadores del combo dominicano llegan a españa en 1991 desde la República dominicana como integrantes de la célebre orquesta de ritmos latinos Orquídea Robinson. En 1992 fundada la nueva orquesta,comienza su exitosa andadura músical por diversa ciudades de la geografía española Ese mismo año, reciben la oferta de actuar en Canarias y es tal la acogida del público canario que deciden ampliar su estancia hasta otoño de 1993 en este espacio de tiempo, participan en los más célebres bailes de carnaval de la isla de Gran Canaria como es el de Las Palmas, Telde, Ingenio, Mogán así como también en Puerto del Rosario en Fuerteventura entre otros. En octubre de 1993 regresan a la República Dominicana para enriquecer su repertorio retornando a Gran Canaria en enero de 1994 fecha en la que se establecieron definitivamente en esta isla actuando con gran éxito por todo el archipielago canario donde han sido requeridos para amenizar las fiestas de mayor relevancia. Tal fué su éxito que fueron llamados para actuar en diversos programas de radio y televisión.
Por todos es conocido el amplio repertorio de este grupo que interpreta todo tipo de música latina: merengue,cumbia,bachata,salsa etc. si bien son conocidos como los auténticos especialistas del merengue al que dan su toque original con su inimitable swing dominicano.

La Luna is a Belgian 31 year old beauty (date of birth : 26/07/1980). Her real name is Sofie Lambaerts, but she prefers to be named Luna which is italian for moon.

In 1998, by reading an advert in the local newspaper, she came in contact with one of the most successful Belgian producer/songwriter from Belgium: Regi Penxten. You know him from Milk Inc. and Sylver.

Regi was looking for a female singer to start a new dance project. Sofie Lambaerts succeeded the vocal testings and became the voice and face of the newly founded K-Voice featuring La Luna. The first single Save Me From The Night which was released in January 1999 didn't break any major records in Belgium but nevertheless became a respected club hit.

Regi and co-producer Steve Spaceman made the decision to put Sofie simply in front for the follow-up-single. Venus which was released in June 1999 was again a clubsuccess and made little cross-over to commercial radio. The single charted top 40 in the Flemish part of Belgium.

Things were going well, therefore a new single was released. In Januari 2000 the new single When The Morning Comes became a mega success. In no time the track hit the top regions of the charts in Belgium. La Luna was nominated with When The Morning Comes for single of the year by major station Radio Donna. Also Spain fell for the moon of Belgium. La Luna goes by an average of 2 times a month to the sunny country to do gigs. The fourth single Take Me which was released in August 2000 came in the top 10.

The long expected 5th single Kisses Of Fire was released April 2001 in Belgium. Like the other 4 singles, this one is again produced by Regi Penxten and Steve Spaceman.

On February 11th 2002 the next single was released. The song is called Here I Am
