Baño de bosque Shinrin-Yoku SavvyTenerife

Disfruta del sendero de los 5 sentidos en la naturaleza de Tenerife. Un paseo suave en el que nos iremos adentrándo en el bosque, conectando con la naturaleza y realizando algunas respiraciones y técnicas de relajación.

El Shinrin-Yoku es una terapia japonesa extendida por todo el mundo gracias a sus grandes beneficios como: mejora de la salud y el estado de ánimo, aumentar la relajación,bajar los niveles del estrés y fortalecer el sistema inmunitario. Una excelente oportunidad para desconectar de la ciudad y rodearte de arboles frondosos, el canto de los pájaros, los brillos del sol y un grupo de preciosas personas naturalistas con las que compartir amor, respeto y cuidado de la naturaleza y los seres vivos.

Conoce la flora autóctona de Tenerife, disfruta de su aromaterapia y sus curiosos sabores.

Llevaremos a cabo una toma de contacto con caballos, en la que con solo un abrazo podrás sentir su corazón y conocer mejor a esta preciosa manada que vive en el paraje natural.

Tomaremos un picnic delicioso alrededor de antiguas casas de cubierta vegetal de las medianías de la Orotava.

Esta experiencia es un regalo para la mente, el cuerpo y el espíritu.

Se llevará a cabo los lunes, miércoles, jueves y domingos. Aunque, este último día será especial para los niños/as, ya que adaptáremos el paseo, para que los más peques también puedan tomar contacto con el bosque, con los simpáticos caballos y hacer amistades con gustos similares de amor y respeto y cuidados por la naturaleza.

Datos a tener en cuenta:

Recorrido de 3,15 Km. Y desnivel 80 m.

Esta experiencia se realizara en español, ingles y alemán.

Estarás acompañado por guías naturalistas expertos en la conexión y comunicación en la naturaleza con todos los seres vivos.

Incluye: sendero, contacto con los caballos, picnic, taller del artista verde y distintas bebidas a lo largo de la actividad.

Hay que tener en cuenta que, se trata de una actividad en el exterior, por lo que es posible que se cancele por mal tiempo. En cambio si solo son unas gotas disfrutaremos de olores húmedos, gotas sobre las hojas, colores intensos, etc….

Recomendaciones:

Llevar ropa cómoda , gorra, crema solar, distintas capas en tiempos de frio o impermeables en lluvia.

Si quiere tambien puede llevar una lupa para ver a los animalitos mas pequeñitos y unos prismáticos para ver los pájaros en las copas de los arboles.

Shinrin-Yoku is a Japanese therapy that has spread throughout the world thanks to its many benefits, such as improved health and mood, increased relaxation, lower stress levels and a stronger immune system. It's an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the city and surround yourself with leafy trees, birds singing, sunshine, and a group of wonderful naturalists with whom you can share love, respect, and care for nature and all living beings.

Discover Tenerife's native flora, enjoy aromatherapy, and its unique flavors.

We will meet horses, where with just a hug you can feel their hearts and get to know this beautiful herd that lives by the forest better.

We'll have a delicious picnic around the old, straw-covered houses of the Orotava midlands.

This experience is a gift for the mind, body and spirit.

It will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. However, this last day will be especially for children, as we'll adapt the walk so the little ones can also experience the forest, the friendly horses, and make friends with similar passions for care, respect, and love for nature.

Notes:

3.15 km route and 80 m elevation gain.

Please note that this is an outdoor activity, so cancellations may be possible due to bad weather. However, if it's just a few drops, we'll enjoy the humid scents, drops on the leaves, intense colors, etc.

Recommendations:

Wear comfortable clothing, a hat or cap, sunscreen, warmer shirts in cold weather, or waterproof clothing in rain.

If you want you can also bring a magnifying glass to see the smallest animals and binoculars to see the birds in the treetops.

Genießen Sie den Pfad der 5 Sinne in der Natur auf Teneriffa. Ein sanfter Spaziergang, bei dem wir tiefer in den Wald vordringen, uns mit der Natur verbinden und einige Atem- und Entspannungstechniken anwenden.

Shinrin-Yoku ist eine japanische Therapie, die auf der ganzen Welt verbreitet ist dank durch ihrer positiven Wirkungen wie: Verbesserung der Gesundheit und Stimmung, Steigerung der Entspannung, Senkung des Stressniveaus und Stärkung des Immunsystems. Eine ausgezeichnete Gelegenheit, sich von der Stadt zu lösen und sich mit grünen Bäumen, dem Gesang der Vögel, dem Glanz der Sonne und einer Gruppe wunderschöner, naturalistischer Menschen zu umgeben, mit denen Sie Liebe, Respekt und Fürsorge für die Natur und Lebewesen teilen können.

Lernen Sie die einheimische Flora Teneriffas kennen, genießen Sie die Aromatherapie und ihre speziellen Düfte.

Wir werden Kontakt zu Pferden aufnehmen, bei denen Sie mit nur einer Umarmung ihre Herzen spüren und diese wunderschöne Herde, die angrenzend am Wald lebt, besser kennenlernen können.

Wir werden ein köstliches Picknick rund um alte Strohdachhäuser im Mittelland von Orotava machen.

Dieses Erlebnis ist ein Geschenk für Geist, Körper und Seele.

Die Aktivität findet montags, mittwochs, donnerstags und sonntags statt. Allerdings wird dieser letzte Tag für die Kinder etwas Besonderes sein, da wir den Pfad so anpassen, dass die Kleinen auch Kontakt mit dem Wald und den freundlichen Pferden aufnehmen und Freundschaften schließen können, die eine ähnliche Vorliebe für Respekt, Fürsorge und Liebe für die Natur haben.

Zu berücksichtigende Daten:

Sie werden von Naturführern begleitet, die Experten für die Verbindung und Kommunikation in der Natur mit allen Lebewesen sind.

Beinhaltet: Wanderweg, Kontakt mit den Pferden, Picknick, Werkstatt des grünen Künstlers  und verschiedene Getränke während der Aktivität.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich hierbei um eine Outdoor-Aktivität handelt und sie daher aufgrund von schlechtem Wetter abgesagt werden kann. Wenn es hingegen nur ein paar Tropfen sind, genießen wir feuchte Gerüche, Tropfen auf den Blättern, intensive Farben usw.

Empfehlungen:

Tragen Sie bequeme Kleidung, einen Hut oder Kappe, Sonnencreme, mehrere Schichten bei kaltem Wetter oder wasserdichte Kleidung bei Regen.

Wenn Sie möchten können Sie auch eine Lupe mitbringen, um die kleinsten Tiere zu sehen, und ein Fernglas, um die Vögel in den Baumwipfeln zu beobachten.
