Professional improviser Rocío Barquilla, artistic director of the Valencia Improv Playground, is visiting Málaga, and you have the unique opportunity to have a workshop with her.

This class is open to people with no improv experience, and also to people with up to 2 year improv experience. So, maybe this can be your opportunity to give improv a try, or to enhance your improv skills with a new teacher.

In this workshop, Rocío will teach you techniques to letting go of control, trusting your intuition and use your failures in your own advantage.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:

Rocío Barquilla is the director and producer, of Valencia Improv Playground (VIP). She holds a Master's degree in Applied Theatre, speaks many languages including Japanese, and started doing improv in Slovenia in 2014. Apart from running a community of improv in Valencia, Rocío has performed shows and conducted workshops at international festivals.

A 10% of the proceeds of the workshop go to a local charity for the homeless (more info in Mylaga.org).
