Cuatro excéntricos personajes, tan distintos entre sí, se encuentran con una importante misión: encontrar ese tesoro líquido llamado agua, en un mundo donde el calentamiento global ha acabado con ella mucho tiempo atrás.
Para ello deben emprender juntos una aventura y seguir las indicaciones de un antiguo plano encontrado en el desierto para construir unas tuberías donde brotará el preciado líquido.
¿Será real esa leyenda de aquel liquido transparente de la que hablan los viejos historiadores?
Una lluvia de tubos, cuerdas y tuercas perdidas desencadenarán una serie de situaciones tan oníricas como absurdas en un momento donde ayudarse los unos a los otros es la única opción a la vista.
