Michael Jackson’s Doppelganger

Considered the King of Pop, Michael Jackson was unquestionably one of the greatest talents in music history. His unmistakable style and his incredible moves earned him a lasting place in our hearts and memories. He may have left this world in 2009, but his spirit continues to live on.

From 1992 to 2009, Michael Jackson had a doppelgänger who would fill in for him at one-off events such as hotel arrivals, press conferences, concert presentations, etc. Over the years, the relationship between Michael Jackson and his doppelgänger grew more and more intimate. In fact, the pair were so close that his unknown double was even set to play an increasingly weaker Michael Jackson in part of his fated ‘This Is It’ concert - which never went ahead due to the performer’s untimely death.

Jackson’s doppelgänger was the England-based Navi, who has been performing before crowds of millions all across the world ever since Michael Jackson passed away. His concerts are a complete spectacle bursting with light, sound, dance and song. Even some of the outfits worn by Navi are originals once owned by Michael Jackson.

His performance at the Castillo de Sohail in Fuengirola on 9 May will be his first in Andalusia, where Navi will be accompanied by three musicians, two dancers and a technical crew. The concert is being held in benefit of the Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice.

El doble de Michael Jackson

Considerado el Rey del Pop, Michael Jackson ha sido indiscutiblemente uno de los genios musicales de la historia. Su estilo inconfundible y sus bailes imposibles, le hicieron pasar para siempre a la historia. Nos dejó en 2009 pero su esencia permanece.

Desde 1992 a 2009 Michael Jackson tenía un doble para sustituirle en eventos puntuales como: llegadas a hoteles, ruedas de prensa, presentaciones de conciertos, etc. Con los años la relación entre Michael Jackson y su doble fue más intima, tanto es así, que su desconocido doble, iba a hacer el papel de un cada vez más débil Michael Jackson en parte de su espectáculo “This Is It” que por el fallecimiento del artista nunca se llegó a realizar.

Ese doble es el inglés Navi que desde la muerte de Michael Jackson ha actuado ante millones de espectadores por todo el mundo. Sus conciertos contienen todo un espectáculo de luz, sonido, baile y canto. Incluso algunas de las prendas que viste Navi son las prendas originales de Michael Jackson.

Su actuación en el Castillo Sohail de Fuengirola el 9 de Mayo será su primera actuación en Andalucía y Navi estará acompañado por tres músicos, dos bailarines y técnicos.
