Noel Alexis Garcias, más conocido como “Atomic Otro Way”, es un artista de Música Urbana en Santo Domingo Republica Dominicana. Nació el 5 septiembre del 1994 en el Hospital Dr. Luis E. Aybar en la capital de Santo Domingo se crio con sus padres y sus hermanos.

Desde su aparición, los ojos de los amantes de la música se posaron sobre él y sus videos tienen millones de views. Y es que la versatilidad del artista dominicano no tiene límites; sus grabaciones incluyen todo tipo de ritmos y fusiones dentro del género urbano.
