Me llamo Alex Ayres y a los 31 años me diagnosticaron con TDAH.
Llevo 4 meses haciendo este show en formato de WORK IN PROGRESS y ahora la tengo como show, y con un titulo que explica bastante como me siento con el TDAH: ARDILLAS EN LA CABEZA.

Si sabes quien soy, guay. Desde que me han diagnosticado con TDAH he podido llegar a entenderme a mi mismo un poquito mas. El show va a tirar un poco por este hilo. Soy ingles. No uso acentos muy bien cuando escribo. Ñí úsó lá grámátícá bíén támpóco. Que te jodas.
