Salmati #11 : Salma Zahore x Hoedy Barcelona

Salma Zahore is back with an incredibly unique SALMATI. Joining her this month is a special guest all the way from Lebanon: Hoedy, who will grace the La Muriel stage in a celebration of the ballroom scene. 

Hoedy Saad is a 29-year-old Lebanese Drag artist, costume designer and Vogue dancer/choreographer. He was the first to introduce Voguing as a culture and dance to both the Lebanese dance and club scene. Being a self-taught dancer, Hoedy started voguing in 2013 and introduced the House ballroom scene to Beirut in 2017 by organizing the first ever Ball in the Middle East. His art has reached international stages performing in Amsterdam, Macedonia, Copenhagen and Barcelona, and took part in various music videos as a dancer and choreographer. He is featured in different magazines and media outlets for his contribution to the drag and Ballroom scene in Beirut like GayTimes magazine, CNN, L’orient Le Jour, PampamLondon and more. Aside from the dance world, Hoedy is a full time Veterinarian.
